The music of the concert is inspired by the culture of Spain and the Mediterranean region, where folk melodies, dance rhythms, and modern composer's language intertwine in a single artistic space.

The program features works by two prominent Danish composers, Carl Nielsen and Søren Hildgaard. Although the music belongs to different periods and has its own “language”, it manages to reflect important aspects of Denmark’s cultural and artistic traditions.
